From inquiry to move-in
We do not publish prices or promise dates on the website. Every project follows these steps:
- Inquire. Send the form with worker count, location, and start date.
- Unit mix and site check. We confirm the models, room count, and code type, and what the site needs at each pad.
- Proposal and contract. A written proposal with the turnkey scope, unit list, and schedule assumptions.
- Build slot. Units are built to order in Breckenridge, TX. Ask about current availability; your proposal shows the build and delivery sequence.
- Permits and site prep. Our team lines up transport and site permits while base pads are laid out during the build. Site readiness usually sets the pace.
- Delivery and setup. Units arrive in the agreed sequence and are set, leveled, anchored, and connected.
- Walkthrough and handover. Final walkthrough, punch list, and handover so your inspections and move-in can proceed.
