Man camp rentals vs. buying your own units

We sell new units only. We do not rent rooms, rent camps, or lease units. Renting beds in an existing camp or hotel fits short jobs and small crews. Buying your own crew units fits longer jobs, larger crews, and companies that move from project to project, because you control the beds and can redeploy or resell the units when the job ends.

What we sell

We sell new crew units, sleepers, and suite units, built to order in Breckenridge, TX. We do not offer rentals, leasing, or used units, and we do not rent rooms. Our team handles permits, delivery, and setup from start to finish.

Renting beds

Renting beds in an operator-run camp, RV park, or hotel:

  • Fits short jobs and small crews
  • Needs no land or site work
  • Depends on what is available near the job, and every large project in the area competes for the same beds
  • Ends with nothing to show for the spend

Buying your own units

Buying crew units and setting them on your yard or leased land:

  • Fits longer jobs, larger crews, and companies with back-to-back projects
  • Puts beds where the work is instead of where the rooms are
  • Gives you control over who stays and how the camp is run
  • Leaves you with units you can redeploy or resell after the job

Compare the numbers

For a side-by-side of the cost drivers, see buy vs. lease vs. hotel. To size an order, see how many units for 50, 100, or 200 workers, and browse man camp trailers and mobile sleeper units. Every job is different, and our team helps at every step.

More questions

Do you rent man camp units or rooms?

No. We sell new units only. We do not rent rooms or beds, rent camps, lease units, or sell used units.

When does renting man camp beds make sense?

For short jobs, small crews, or when a camp or hotel already has beds near your site. You pay by the night or month and give the beds back when the job ends.

When does buying your own units make sense?

When the job is long, the crew is large, local beds are scarce, or your company works one project after another. You own the units, control who stays in them, and can move them to the next site or resell them.

Where can I compare buying, leasing, and hotels?

See our buy vs. lease vs. hotel comparison. It walks through the cost drivers without quoting prices.
